O MESTRE E SUA SINA (J.F.de ASSIS)
E segue o
mestre a ensinar
Mentes áridas
de conhecimento regar
Na
incompreensão
Infortúnios e
decepções enfrentar
E segue o
mestre a sua sina
A entender o
mundo ensina
Conviver com as
diferenças
Aceitar o
silencioso pranto
No silencio
profundo de um canto
Escondido
dentro do peito
Quer apenas um
pouco de respeito
Pelos anos a
fio que dedica
Da paz e do
sossego abdica
Quer apenas
ensinar
Que o mundo é
melhor com o conhecimento
Quer salvar ao
ignorante
Mostrar o
caminho ao errante
Entre cãs
prematuras
Ser fiel ao
saber jura
Para a vida
pede viço
Forças para
realizar a contento o ofício
E segue o
mestre a sua sina
Páginas
amareladas
Mãos trêmulas
Voz embargada
A idade o
tornou Atlas
Queria ser
Aristóteles, Kant, Platão...
Fazer poesias,
mexer com tintas, tocar violão...
Não está
satisfeito com bê, a, bá...
Dois mais dois,
fotossíntese, navegação...
Precisa da sala
de aula para respirar
Tomar o fôlego
do prazer
Entre olhos
alinhados passear
Ávidos seres,
curiosos corações, tímidos gestos...
Milhares de
mundos em seu universo
Pensamentos e
olhares dispersos
Como um
beija-flor
Atende aos
apelos
Como um anjo do
amor
Um encanto
quebrado pelo estridente soar da campa
E tudo se
resume num breve suspirar
A vida não pára
o mundo nos ensina
E segue o
mestre a sua sina...
THE MASTER AND HIS FATE
And follows the master to teach
Arid minds of knowledge to water
In the incomprehension
Misfortunes and disappointments to face
And follows the master to his fate
To understand the world he teaches
To live together with the differences
To accept the silent tears
In the deep silence of a corner
Hidden inside the chest
Just wants a little respect
For the years he dedicates
Of the peace and of the quiet abdicates
Just wants to teach
That the world is better with the knowledge
Wants to save the ignorant
Show the way to the wandering
Among premature gray hairs
To be faithful to know swears
For the life asks for lushness
Powers to perform satisfactorily the office
And follows the master to his fate
Yellowed pages
Trembling hands
Embargoed voice
The age turned him Atlas
Would like to be Aristotle, Kant, Plato ...
To make poetry, to work with paint, to play guitar ...
He’s not satisfied with be, a, ba ...
Two plus two, photosynthesis, navigation ...
He needs the classroom to breathe
To take the breath of pleasure
Between aligned eyes to walk
Greedy beings, curious hearts, timid gestures ...
Thousands of worlds in his universe
Thoughts and scattered looks
As a hummingbird
He attends to the appeals
Like an angel of love
A broken charm by the shrill sound of the alarm
And it all comes down in a brief sigh
Life does not stop the world teaches us
And follows the master to his fate ...
And follows the master to teach
Arid minds of knowledge to water
In the incomprehension
Misfortunes and disappointments to face
And follows the master to his fate
To understand the world he teaches
